REASONS for this

Heyy everyone,

Ok so the reasons for this is that i have NO active viewers (Look it up if you don't know what Active Viewer is.) and secondly bolling this way seems to be going out of fashion with hardly anyone  choosing to read a blog rather than watch a video.

Heyy everyone,

hey so over 110 posts in and I'm thinking about giving this up.

I don't know if I will ever come back to this but if I do I'm going to wait until I have some better equipment as in cameras & microphones because the main reason I started this was to go alongside my YouTube page but seeing as I have a crap web cam and nothing else I've decided to wait until I have enough money to buy a better camera (Something like a mid/top range Canon 5D or 550D)

All the other links I have will still be updated (Just without that little annoying link at the end.

Viral Friday - Dog Cat Bike Crash

Heyy everyone,

Ever wondered what a cat with a dogs voice would be like? No me neither but I found a video showing just that.

Ahahahaha... Creepy, Maybe just maybe this might be the first of many "Cat-Dog Hybrids" if so then ermm oh I don't know it all sounds to crazy for me.

College said WHAT!?

Heyy everyone,

Today was a busy day, I guess.

So I finally got my guidance interview and dammit that wasn't very helpful,

Although when I got there and sat down waiting for my name to be called out it just felt so much different from from my sixth form as in when I was as my sixth form it just felt so, boring I guess and that was really de-motivational which is probably why I never got anything done in the lessons but here it just seemed like if I were to get into here either doing a level 2 or 3 then I think that this place would be such a change from my old school that it might just shock me into working.

Now Don't be thinking that I hated Sixth form because I didn't and there were some INCREDIBLY AWESOME people there BUT the bad things about it out weighed the good things unfortunately so I really didn't want to waste another year without getting any REAL grades.

Gumball 3000 IS BACK

Heyy everyone,

Ryan Dunn Dead

Heyy everyone,

No 'Who Is' today but some bad news, Jackass star Ryan Dunn has died aged 34. The incident happened earlier today in Pennsylvania at 3am on route322 U.S.
At this time it is unknown who was driving at the time of the fatal incident but a twit pic that has since been taken down shows that alcohol may have played a part in what can only be described as a tragic incident

EPIC PRANK FAIL

So I follow a few people on YouTube 1 of them being ONISION and I always find his videos funny if not slightly creepy.
He's 1 of those people that shares everything with his followers including his personal life which has left a few stunned by the things that have happened in the past year but today a video came out that split people completely down the middle and I have to say WTF? If it's real then Damn ONISION may have gone WAY too far and if it was staged then who in their right mind would agree to this?

Heyy everyone,

Today was one of those days where you really don't want to do anything, then get made to, then realise it was a GREAT idea.

So today I spent the first half in Lincoln going from college to college trying to find out if I had any more interviews, I did. 2 in fact! YAY!

Then it was off to get some chors done (Buy new Converse, Kerrang magazine and a coke.)
Not forgetting to speak to Aaron. He has a podcast which he says he's going to start up again but I can't find it so you'll have to settle with their facebook page instead Here!

Media Commission (I'm Not Really Here!)

Heyy everyone,

Yes today as you read this I will be hard at work taking part in my media groups commission task and as I write this in my lunch hour at school it seems so far away yet I have hardly enough time to get the work done, (Don't worry I will even though I'm not getting marked on it!)
So this is just a small post to say HI and also to try out the 'Scedual' option which posts the blog at a set time without you actually being there.

ANYWAY

Who Is - Smosh

Heyy everyone,

Hmmm time for another 'Who Is' and today I think I'll focus my attention on two people by the names of Ian Hecox and Anthony Padilla also known as "SMOSH". Smosh started out down the more musical side of YouTube videos in autumn of 2005 lip syncing to songs such as the Pokemon theme tune, TMNT theme tune and of course who could forget the Power Rangers. Although Smosh started out on YouTube in Autumn 2005 back in 2003 Anthony Padilla posted flash movies on the website Newgrounds.

Since becoming famous on YouTube (racking up 2,654,120 subscribers as of June 2011) They have had a number of special guests in their videos, 2 of these have been YouTube crush 'Shane Dawson' and Trekkie 'LeVar Burton'

Repetative Tasks Are NOT Fun

Heyy everyone,

Today was boring, No change there, Still nothing from Lincoln College although it's only been 2 days since I had my interview I guess I just really want to get in and I'm getting pretty tired of doing the same tasks over and OVER AGAIN (Cutting out shapes on paper and sticking them on to bigger bits of paper) Trust me when I say this if you EVER have the chance to go to College and leave your Secondary school (Not go to Sixth form) Then please do because from what I've seen in the past week it's A LOT better.

I might just be saying that as the sixth form I'm at currently doesn't teach Music L3 BTEC (Which is what I wanted to do from the start.)

But at the moment this is me...

 I've been doing these for the past week and it's DRIVING ME CRAZY! All I ever wanted to do was play guitar and perform but because I wasn't quick enough applying for college this is where I am. I've got over 30 of these to do for tomorrow. HELP! In other news I've started writing music (Seriously) as we agreed as a band to go away and have a go at writing our own riffs and songs so I hope to put some of my ideas up as soon as possible.

100th Blog (Should Have Been Yesterday)

Heyy everyone,

OH MY GOD!

But anyway yes finally I hit 100 posts and YES I missed yesterday BUT I have a good explanation for it, I really do.

I spent most of my free time worrying about my college interview that ran straight through when I was supposed to post yesterday BUT it was not quite what I had expected it to be. When I got the letter confirming the interview date I broke into a cold sweat as it listed all of the important things I needed to do and bring, most of them I didn't have such as grades and achievements. What I had to do also made me worry as it stated I would have to take part in a "formal jam session" but when I arrived it was just this tiny room filled with about 10 others, a few amps and 2 teachers. we were asked a few questions about what our interests are and then we just played a song each to show what we could do.

There was no formal jam session just an hour to ourselves trying out different styles and just talking to each other (Or shouting because of the amps and drums)

After that it was off to busk in the street with a few awesome people I met whilst I was there and then off to get kicked out of McDonald's

So yeah that was the reason there was no blog yesterday.

Who Is - Black Box TV?

Heyy everyone,

If you've read this blog before then you will have probably heard me mention "Black Box TV" before but because today is Monday meaning it's another "Who Is" I thought I'd show you just what Black Box TV is and who is behind this latest YouTube collaboration channel.

A while after the not so spectacular release of "The Station" most of the original members decided to start up something that was going to be very different indeed. Being YouTube most of the big hitting channels were either a comedy or music genre but "Black Box TV" consisting of Tony E Valenzuela, Joey Anderton, Joe Nation, Phillip DeFranco and many others who it would take up way too much space to write down goes for a whole different approach to YouTube channels and Internet series as this one focuses on Horror and Suspense.

BBTV has already gone through their first series and started their second yesterday (5th June)

Not only has BBTV made incredible videos but they have also shed light on some amazing bands and artists that are set to rise in 2011, one of these is an Alternative/Electronica quartet from Denver by the name of "The Epilogues" who's music has been heavily featured on numerous BBTV episodes.

Viral Friday - Cute Cats & A thumbs Up For Rock And Roll!

It's nearly the weekend so it MUST be time for another viral Friday and this one hopes to be more cute and less scary than last weeks, I promise.

First up, Remember when you first learnt how to ride your bike, It gave you that sense of achievement right? Well this kid from the U.S. goes a little bit too far with his celebration speech after conquering the daunting task of riding a bike.
 

From one happy video to another and this one features two of the cutest animals, a cat and a kitten (although they're both the same animal, I think) When the kitten seems to become a little stressed it's mother knows exactly what to do and has to be one of the cutest videos on the Internet at the moment.

Taking Chances DOESN'T Pay Off (Serious)

Heyy everyone,

Ok so today started out as most other days did, me at home on Facebook with the window wide open when I hear this almighty smash about a hundred yards down the road (At this moment I thought it was just another little bump you know a bit of smashed glass, that sort of thing until I heard my next door neighbour scream "Call the police!") That's when I thought the worst, no longer was this a small bump but something more serious. So I put my shoes on and shouted for my mum to ring 999, a few others had rung before my mum had the chance to.

When I got outside there was already quite a few people there either walking up or running up to the car that had somehow flipped onto its roof. Later we would learn that not only was there someone in the flipped car but a dog as well. (They were both fine) But right then when I first saw what happened I thought the worst, until I saw the driver sitting on the path talking. The story of what happened changed between "The front axle broke and that's why she went into the parked car and flipped, She fell asleep at the wheel and later police found her mobile phone in the passenger foot well meaning she was probably using her phone at the time of the crash." Not only was she probably distracted but she was also speeding as the village I'm in has a 30 MPH speed limit and NO-ONE traveling at 30 would be able to flip a car like she did. After most of us started to walk back as the ambulance, fire engines and police started to leave the scene I saw something that REALLY pissed me off, a number of drivers that had to slow down as the flipped car was still there were TALKING on their PHONES!

Really!?

After you've seen that car flipped you STILL think it's OK to USE A PHONE AT THE WHEEL!?

Honestly some people are T**TS and yes I used that word because you have to be F**KED up in the head to see what using a phone at the wheel can do and STILL USE IT!

By the way 1 police car was still there so you really have to be stupid to use a phone at the wheel there.

NEW GALAXY!

Heyy everyone,

Today was one of those days where you try to get things done, and you fail.

But anyway,

Scientists have found a NEW galaxy just 30 million light years away from us but that's not the weird part. The weird part is the fact that it is incredibly similar to our galaxy. Named NGC 6744 this is a spiral galaxy like our own described as a 'Sibling' of our own milky way.

It makes you think if they're that similar there must be a pretty high chance that there is a planet like or similar to our own.

So yeah that's all I have today like I said it's been a slow day so hopefully we'll have some more stuff tomorrow.

What is Modern Warfare ELITE?

Do YOU like CoD?

NO?

Oh well I've made a CoD post anyway.

So there's this NEW Call Of Duty game coming out soon that by now most of you will already know about called Modern Warfare 3 or MW3 but what interests me is something associated with it by the name of MW Elite or "Facebook With Guns" as some people are calling it. This will be an online Facebook style element that only really seems to have one drawback, It's a part pay for service.

For the users who buy the game and DON'T pay for elite they can expect to have most of the Elite package accessing game stats and making groups, sharing videos, the usual Facebook stuff but for those who DO want to pay the monthly fee you can expect all that PLUS performance analysis and DLC, so that's not really going to be worth paying for right?
