NEW GALAXY!

Heyy everyone,

Today was one of those days where you try to get things done, and you fail.

But anyway,

Scientists have found a NEW galaxy just 30 million light years away from us but that's not the weird part. The weird part is the fact that it is incredibly similar to our galaxy. Named NGC 6744 this is a spiral galaxy like our own described as a 'Sibling' of our own milky way.

It makes you think if they're that similar there must be a pretty high chance that there is a planet like or similar to our own.

So yeah that's all I have today like I said it's been a slow day so hopefully we'll have some more stuff tomorrow.

What is Modern Warfare ELITE?

Heyy everyone,

Do YOU like CoD?

NO?

Oh well I've made a CoD post anyway.

So there's this NEW Call Of Duty game coming out soon that by now most of you will already know about called Modern Warfare 3 or MW3 but what interests me is something associated with it by the name of MW Elite or "Facebook With Guns" as some people are calling it. This will be an online Facebook style element that only really seems to have one drawback, It's a part pay for service.

For the users who buy the game and DON'T pay for elite they can expect to have most of the Elite package accessing game stats and making groups, sharing videos, the usual Facebook stuff but for those who DO want to pay the monthly fee you can expect all that PLUS performance analysis and DLC, so that's not really going to be worth paying for right?

Exciting Science Shtuff!!!

Heyy everyone,

OH MY GOD our world might end BUT we might have found a planet with NEW LIFE!

Gliese 581 is a Red Dwarf star roughly 20 light years away from us and scientists have found that one of it's 4 planets is very close to where we are in relation to our sun or Gliese 581 in this case. Now this means that it's in the 'Goldielocks zone' which is the PERFECT place for life to exist whatever that life may consist of. Even though this new planet Gliese 581d is at the colder end of the 'Goldielocks zone' a scientific study has shown that the atmosphere is has MIGHT be warm enough for the planet to sustain water.

One of the problems with this planet is just how far away it is,

20 Light years.
That might not sound like a lot but if you think that light travels at around 299 792 458 m / s (Which is pretty fast) it would take something travelling at the speed of light 20 YEARS to get to Gliese 581d.

Just to give you a view of how fast and far that is it would take something travelling at the speed of light about 1.3 seconds to go from the moon to us whereas it took Apollo 11  3 days, 3 hours, 49 minutes to get there.

Yet Again MORE Changes

Heyy everyone,

Yess hmmm well as another week starts I thought I'd have a bit of a change and edit one of my photos to put in place where my old photo was, only because the original photo was about a few months out of date and I didn't want to become one of those people who keeps younger photos of themselves when they were less ugly. I joke but really why don't people keep profile photos up to date?

New PC

Heyy everyone,

Today I just spent most of the day in town and then setting up the new PC I got. Doesn't sound that interesting does it but to a geek like me it was like Christmas. Main reason was that I spend most of my time on YouTube, Blogger and just sites that take up A LOT of memory that my old PC just didn't have and I thought that if my blog DOES start to pick up and I carry on learning more about editing web pages and making THIS page more sophisticated.

So that's why this isn't really a proper blog today (I'm too busy using a computer that doesn't drive you insane)

Dr Who

NEW LINK

Heyy everyone,

A few days ago I said I would be expanding a few things, 1 of these would be getting a DailyBooth account just because, well I can.
This means I'll be adding a new link to the 3 at the bottom of every post I have... YAY!

Main reason for all of this

Heyy everyone,

I FOUND ICE-CREAM

So today I just wanted to share with you the main reason why I started up this blog.

Now that I've gotten past the 50th post I just thought it would be a good idea to start doing what I had planned to do. When I first started up this blog I really wanted to show off some of the things that I could do such as writing short stories and maybe even screenplays. The first few blogs I put up were really just trying to get an audience and believe it or not kind of failed epically. Now I just want to show some of the things I've done and in the next few posts I will HOPEFULLY be putting up some of the short stories (For anyone who cares) JOKE

Some of the other things that I would like to get into soon would be photography which is A LOT harder at the moment as I only have a 2MP camera on my Mobile Phone. Here are just a few pictures I was able to take last year,

So the main point being I really just wanted this blog to show off some of the things I could do and hopefully get better at them in time.
